Every parent of kids 0 – 4,5,6 years … (when do they stop growing?) have the same problem. We can’t buy clothes as quickly as the kids grow out of them. Especially when they are really small. An American mum-to-be had the perfect idea, she started “Plum“, an online venture for baby clothes delivery. This is how it works: you order baby clothes of your favorite brand online, get them delivered to your door-step and send them back when they get too small.
What an idea. You save on money, you safe on space in the wardrobe, you safe on time running around the shops getting new clothes and you help the environment by not buying new products all the time.
This works perfectly for babies as they literally grow out of their clothes every 3 months. But it can even work for bigger kids. Little M is 1,5 and I know that he won’t wear the same shirts and trousers next year unless the short and tight style comes into kids fashion.
Anyone interested in setting this idea up in Australia? I have a few clothes to contribute.
