My first 3o days challenge. I was very excited when I started it and still am. An easy task for the start: Reusing Little M’s bathwater. Stop pouring it just down the drain.
All that his bathwater contains of is water and biodegradable body wash. Ok, and maybe sometimes a little bit of wee, but that is biodegradable too, isn’t it? So all good to find great purposes to reuse this water for. And there are many of them and I am sure more to come. Some examples:
- watering the plants
- rinsing the nappy bucket
- cleaning dirty clothes before they go in the washing machine
- washing Little M’s wipes
- I even enjoyed a footbath with that water one night and loved it.
My first 30 days challenge was easier than I thought. I quickly came up with different ways of making use of the water and I enjoyed the feeling of having done something new and meaningful to me. Reusing Little M’s bathwater really makes sense and I am sure that I will continue doing it.
Looking forward to my next task.
